Unable to change Login Server Account

I am not sure how to do this, but I'm unable to change my account "Kainzo" for p99/login servers.

Is there a way to reset this information? It's been 3 years or so since I've accessed it and I'd like to get back on sometime.

If it's for their loginserver, try my signature, the link to their website is there. You'll have better luck on their forums than you would here, if it's server-specific.

EDIT: If it's for the EQEmulator loginserver, there's currently no way to recover your password.

It hurts my brain to know that there's no way to recover a lost password for the login servers.

Is there no way I can verify who I am? I have all the other info. This makes me very sad.
