New Server

So, been trying to get a server up and going. I'm on it right now, running around.

My issue is at the end of the server guide it said 4 windows should pop up. All I have right now are 3:

C:\EQ\EQEmuServer\ucs.exe
C:\EQ\EQEmuServer\world.exe
7004: gfaydark, 1 clients

The one that says 1 client in Gfay also says 0:sleeping(I assume when no one is logged in?)

Am I missing a window? Shouldn't this NOT be working if I don't have 4 windows?

queryserv.exe

not having it running may or may not cause issues..I personally haven't tried it.


'7004:' is eqlaunch and will control zone.exe launching in non-taskbar reporting processes.

Hm, I still don't have it and everything seems to working okay. Been playing around with the server for a day or two now.

Anyone else know?

The guild lobby message boards require it. Nothing else that I am aware of at this time. It can be used for logging optionally.
