Been gone a LONG time need some info

I see the website has changed greatly. I have been gone along time. looking to get back into running a server just for the 5 people in my house ;) just was wondering with the new F2P thing EQ did if anyone could give me info on which client i could use and does the live client work? and if not whats the MOST stable newest supported client? thanks guys.

Newest supported is RoF (currently unobtainable [was a Steam download]) if you throw in stable, then it becomes Underfoot (also unobtainable Steam download)
