Password not correct?

I have many accounts that have not been used in over a month. I tried to log in today and one of my characters got a "invalid password" message at the login server screen. no one else has access to my accounts. I tried to do a password reset using SMS. Verified the sms account was attached. When the verification code was sent to my phone i typed it in, along with a new password. I clicked save/send and it said "missing variable".

No idea what to do next. Pls help =/

Did you ensure that your new password meets the new criteria?

It meets the criteria. I just keep getting "missing variables" no matter what I try to change it to.
