How do I obtain 200 status from gotfrags.com for my server? Do they have an email or a form to fill out?
Thanks,

The Gotfrags server is the testing grounds for all version and is constantly being updated. Thus all 100-200 status levels are restricted to the Dev team.
However you may be able to achieve 10-20 (PU and PU2) by participating in GM events held regularly (prize can vary per event).

Now, If you are wanting to run your own server you can flag yourself by running "world.exe flag <accountname> 200" in a command line.

is there a prize for "stop the madborg from bouncing from great heights" quest?

Yes I want to run my own server and have 200 status and have my server listed on the gotfrags login. We can do this yet? I can only do 200 status without gotfrags login at this time? hehe just want to be clear on all this cause I'm confused.

Maybe I'am missing something.. I linked the sql db to an mysql drive to use through access and modified my account name to achieve a 200 gm status setting, yet I still only get like 10-20 or so (basic basic gm commands, can't even spawn mobs, I guess that's 10-20 right?) Anyhow I came to the conclusion early on that deleting the loginserver.ini file would cause my server not to show up. Is it possible somehow even though I localhosted any references to gotfrags that it is still somehow authenticating against gotfrags and knows I'am not supposed to have a 100-200 status? I've tried renaming the eqmain.dll file to like eqmain.bak and rerunning eqw (to force a manual connection to my own server rather then going through the standard normal login screens). Yet I get this error WindowTitle = "Everquest Startup Error"
Dialog="Everquest was unable to load the file EQMAIN.DLL You may wish to try rebooting, deleteing EQMAIN.DLL and re-starting Everquest. If this problem persists, please contact Technical Support or see the technical help forums."
I guess my main question is, is it possible to attain a lvl 100-200 gm status setting on a local server, if so do I keep loginserver.ini if not how do I specify what the server name to show up in the list, if I do keep loginserver.ini why am I not getting the lvl 100-200 gm status setting the db says I have, I even tried world flag <account> 200 and no go. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks :)

Cisco if you are using new verison of emu and you patched to live, then you will not be able to run a local server. Lots of are having trouble also, including me.

Well what I found was that I used a copy off my other harddrive. The copy was the original luclin install, however it was patched a few times after that so it is not quite original but not exactly brand new either. But it all works ok. I'am able to log in create character roam the world and everything, but for some reason the emu is not supplying me the commands that I should have as per the db account status flag value. Don't really feel like it, but maybe I outta take a look at the code.. Maybe there was something that was overlooked just before the last emu release was put up.

Run the EQEmu Admin Tool.
Select the Accounts tab.
Highlight the ID for your record, or create a new one for yourself.
Use the Account Status drop-down box at the bottom and select "Server OP".
Verify the Status column says "200".
Click the Commit Changes button.

Nope, still a no go. tried EQAdmin it looked ok, and when I realized I had gotten some pretty bizare sql errors with entering and modifiying data. I came to the conclusion I was going to have to scrap my current sql config. so I did so, and decided to go with not version4+ or so but the 3something max one. I removed my current one, rebooted, d/l'ed the max one installed it rebooted, re'source(d) and re'use(d)the db.sql file into my eqemu023 database ran EQAdmin added myself in, changed it to Serverop commited changes reran all the emu files, logged in created character logged him in all went ok except still don't have 200 gm status setting.. Any other information would be greatly appreciated, thanks :)
