I've setup my own server and login server, happily playing around with my bots and GM powers.

I downloaded the Underfoot client to try and get more content and realised it doesn't do much as the server databse doesn't have any zones past GoD?

I assume it's the EQemu devs that are somehow pulling zone info into the database for us and it's not all complete? i.e. my noobs running around kurns tower only see skeletons and not burynai

Is this something that will ever change? I probably missed a FAQ somewhere...

You've missed something if you don't see Burynai in the basement.

Kunark was completed YEARS ago........

Credit where credit is due, it's the Project EQ team that work on the database and quests http://www.peqtgc.com/ . There is overlap with the EQEmu devs, but they are not always one and the same.

They are "only" up to GoD, and given their attention to detail and high standards that's pretty amazing. If you log into the PEQ server, your server should have the same content.

The choice of client won't affect the content available on a Project EQ based server, but might do on custom servers that use the new zones.

I always assumed it came from gnomes enslaved in CaveDude's basement.

Cavedude punted all the gnomes out.
