Did you move the new Spells_en.txt file?
Think that may help.. though I could be wrong.

Whew...ok, finnaly got my own server up and running, but there are a few problems. For some reason, the commands I am using off of the readme.txt, things like #Depop #spawn and so forth say, "Command does not exist" And, one last thing. The connectiong is horribly horribly bad, and tries to disconnect. I have 640kdsl and everything else hauls ass...I don't get it...

What about the rest of your system? Its really hard on system resources to run both the client and the server on the same machine because the client takes so much of your allocated resources with the dx and all.
For your commands - flag your account like it says in the readme so that you have access to all the gm commands.
world.exe flag <acctname> 200

Ok, everything worked good, until i tried attacking something on my server and i got immediately dicconnected. And one other thing that is really pissing me off. EqAdmin was working just fine befor ei had to restart my computer, now, it keeps giving me the 127 error and I cant alter anything because of the variables...HELP ARGH
