Hey folks,

I'm officially releasing the Fires of Heaven server after re-purposing it from a progression server to a solo server. I'm still in the process of adding some utility to the hub zone and fixing minor bugs, but everything works for the most part.

The server is listed as 'Fires of Heaven' in the server select and you can check out the forums at http://www.fohemu.com

I fixed the annoying dot bug so raiding in zones like BoT can now resume. Although this server is a solo server, endgame content in the latest expansion will require you team up with folks!

If you're looking for a fun server that mimics the live experience without a lot of the hassles associated with grinding xp, look no further. PoP is currently the latest expansion

I hopped on, loved that all newb gear is auto equipped. Should take out the gloomingdeep lantern. :D

Found my backup copies of the server and decided to put it back online. Got it running on a crappy atom box right now, but if there is interest and the population grows I can move it to a big boy box.

No box limit. Only supports clients up to RoF, I will need to update it to work with the ROF2 client at some point. Visit the website if you need the files.

yes, this will happen with the rof2 client.

I took a look at the source code to see about getting rof2 client support and it's just too big of a headache. 2 years of development pretty much obsoleted all of the old code, so it would take considerable effort to get that working with the old codebase. The best thing to do would be to start with a clean updated source and then try to migrate my changes into the new source.

For now, use the older clients. Visit fohemu.com if you need one.
