Errors on .bat file server startup

Hey guys,

So i was working on setting up the Windows server via the wiki link and i followed most of it and ive managed to fix most of my issues much thanks to Kinglykrab. My current log files show this.

The August 11th release is actually out-of-date when it comes to database changes, meaning you have to source every new SQL file in the required folder from 2014_07_10_npc_spells.sql onwards.
