Turning in quests

I have a server running locally on my network and I'm having an error that I can't seem to pin down relating to turning in quests at NPCs.

When I type in #questerrors after I turn in a quest item, I get this specific error:

Lua Exception: DBI::bad_any_cast: failed conversion using DBI::any_cast

I've tried getting the latest Boost libs and recompiling peq, making sure all of my quest plugins and lua modules are in place in the base eqemu server directory. I can't seem to find out why this is happening when I hand in an item to complete a quest. The NPC eats the item and nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We're aware of the issue and are looking into it...

It is server code-related and not installation.

South Qeynos, Captain Tillin. I hail him and he gives me the text about not causing trouble just fine. When I hand him a Gnoll Fang, he takes it and eats it with no response. If I #questerrors before the turn-in, no errors. #questerrors after the hail, no errors. #questerrors after the turn-in, I get the error in the OP.

I get a zone crash upon handing in grand summoners glyph to kevrin in Kt for bic progression. Can post the crash log later if needed.
