hardy endurance AA

Hello i am wondering if this AA hardy endurance is
Working correctly?

Suppose to increase endurance by 50 points. It
Seems to raise my endurance cap by 50, but i
Cannot actually regen up that extra
Endurance.

Anyone else buy hardy endurance AA that can confirm or deny
That this AA is not working correctly?

Doesn't look like we're taking into account the bonuses from AAs for that spell effect.
