Make DMG shields no longer neutral dmg.

Tired of trying to level a toon and having some druid or mage etc pull all the mobs for a newb alt of theirs. Am i the only one . Kurns for example is still bad when one comes in their. If u make it to where the caster of the dmg shield got credit for the dmg would end so much powerleveling.. My two cents..:-?

Are you looking to do this on your own private sandbox server ? I think there might be a rule for this in rules _ values otherwise it would be pretty easy to make it happen in the source if need be.

DS being neutral damage is live like so the default. There is a rule to make the person being hit get credit though.
