Can someone help me. I just registered now i dont know what to do to get the program started. Can someone tell me what to download, and how to get this awesome program started. Please i would really appreciate it.

if you never started the program how do you know its awesome?

just follow the instructions posted on www.eqemu.net and you should be fine.
