Solo Server strategies

There used to be a page on EQEMU where a bunch of MYSQL commands were listed for making mass changes when developing your DB. The page was called Solo Server Strategies. It detailed how to changes HP, AC, resists, etc for all NPCs as well as a bunch of other useful changes.

It would seem that went the way of the Dodo with the site changes. Anyone have happen to hang on to that page's contents and be willing to share?

Thank you sir. I thought there was a way to do that but wasn't sure how to accomplish it.
