Direct X 9 not installed?

I'm having a problem when I try to log in. Says Direct X 9 is not installed.
I have direct X 11 so I'm not really sure whats going on. anyone have this issue?

You need directx 9.0c installed (it can be installed side by side with later versions). Search the Microsoft site for the download.
