Dooming Darkness

Just curious if the formula for Dooming Darkness is correct? The Necromancer gets it at level 27, but I notice or AllaClone is calculating the Necromancer's slow at level 27 is 2.5%. So is the AllaClone off or the base calculation?

The wiki is not really very explanatory on how the calculation the done. I am guessing it goes like this.

Base + level /2

-35 + 27 / 2 = -4

Is my math that bad? I am coming up with -4

I may just need some education on how it is calculated.

Well, it does 35 + 27 / 2

Well I guess that is the confusing part, in PeqEditor it shows -35.

So negative values are pretty normal I guess.

Yep. It sees the sign and goes "oh, it's a snare, not a movement buff" and does the right math. Really I think it does -25 + -1 * (27 / 2) but w/e
