Velious Textures on Luclin Models

I just noticed there's an option to load Velious textures with Luclin models. It seems as though they slightly display, but there's some issues. Was this a feature SOE abandoned? Or can we scrap together a fix? I would love to know if anyone who knows about textures could take a look.

It's a feature SOE abandoned, which is a shame because those Velious armor textures are top notch. This is one of the reasons why I ignore the Luclin models entirely and play with the classic models.

That's sad news :( They made quite a bit of progress.
