Give account GM

So I just created my server, able to log in, able to edit items with EOC.

From the server I opened a command prompt and navigated to my eqemuserver and typed "world flag myaccount 250" and it spits back...
Account being GM Flagged:myaccount, Level: 250
Account flagged: Username='myaccount', status=250

However when I log in with a newly created character it says "Your access level is not high enough to use this command." Just though the above command flagged my whole account for all characters I create or is that not right?

Run world flag again but add status 251 and you will have access to all commands

!! you are the man. Sorry just gota ask how did you find out about 251? Everywhere else i see says 250 for debug 200 for OP admins or whatever.

it was in a post on the forums. Will try to find the link. Glad your problem is resolved.

Check your 'commands' table in your database. It has access levels set for commands, some being above 250. As well as command.cpp having a huge default list of access level for commands. I would recommend 255, as it allows you access to all commands.
