Item/Quest info DB similar to Allakhazam/EQTrader

I live on the road, and not always with an internet connection. So I put together an EQEmu server with my own login and all. Works great! One small problem.

When I have an internet connetion, I look up info from Allakhazam and EQTraders. How or where to find quest things, where drops for certain items can be found, how to make a sandwich. But when I'm offline, I don't have those resources, and all things come to a screeching halt as I wander aimlessly.

Is there, or has there been a version of this type of database built that can be downloaded and used locally next to my EQEmu (MySQL)? I can build my own interfaces easily enough, just looking for the DB.

All that should already be in the PEQ DB, just needs to be pulled out and pieced together in a readable fashion. Well it'll give me something to do instead of wandering aimlessly.
