SMS new provider

I had signed up for SMS but recently changed from sprint to tmobile and have a new number. I'm not locked out of my account or anything, but is there anyway I can update it? Would suck if ever I needed to reset.

Anybody ever answer this? I think changing number is pretty common and I have a similiar issue
