Disabling In-Game maps functionality [Archive]

I'd like to disable the in-game maps functionality, but I can't seem to find the option. It's not a server rule in the db from what I've found.

I do not think it is currently doable.

Maps are 100% clientside.

p99 dll hack disables maps.
