So what is the difference between Part 2. Hosting your own server on EQEmu and Part 4. Hosting your own server on your Public Login Server ( supports 12 accounts ; 8 characters per account )

Part 2 uses the EqEmu login servers, you connect your world server to it and get a list of everyone's servers that are running this way.

Part 4, you run the login server yourself so when others log in the only server they see is yours.
