SMS reset password server down????

trying to reset my password via SMS cause when i typed in my password change correctly and typed it in a 2nd time to confirm the change when i went to type it in to login its not what i changed it too. so i go to reset it and SMS password reset server is down.

Correction Server seems to be up and running now SMS password reset worked.
