Password Recovery With SMS Lost..

Hello I am really needing to recover my password to my account but I do not have my SMS anymore due to new phone and what not. Is there a way I can provide all my information to have my current password sent to me or something? I really need this back its my pride and joy. Thank you very much.

I have a similar issue, I have really old accounts, I remember the loginserver info for them, but not the forum accounts associated with them, hence I cannot change the passwords on my really old accounts.
