custom items not showing in game

Created several custom items, and the items show up in the database....But items cannot be found in game with #fi. Always item cannot be found. Yes, server has been rebooted multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you are running shared memory before starting server.

An issue I had with custom items was I had to be in game and do #hotfix. I ran the shared_memory and it didn't actually update anything. Run a #hotfix and then zone somewhere. It -should- work.

You'll have to manually remove your #hotfix entry from the database table or running shared_memory will not help.

I fixed that issue as long as you don't have a custom hot fix name
