Players cannot login

Having this weird issue, I took my server offline for awhile, got a little hectic and all, have not changed anything, load up server, I can login from my server and my laptop but other players cannot. Anyone experience this?

Sometimes your internal IP (192.168.X.X) changes and you have to reportforward on your router. I've noticed this whenever my power would go out or I would take a break from hosting a server. Maybe that's the issue?

ah shit, yes I got a new modem to maintain higher speeds, that's the issue.
