Help with New diablo loot system version

I had the old system and all i had to do was type perl diabloloot.pl all and it would add loot entries to all my mobs. With the new version it doesnt seem to do that. Any pointers on how to make the mobs have loot now?

No one uses this system and can point me in the right direction? There isnt any instructions or help videos that i can find on it like the website says
