Shadowrest - Expansion (Release Date) ?

I'm trying to sort out zone release dates in my DB. I'm using a lot of information from the archived patched notes on Alla.
In this PEQ, it has Shadowrest tagged as expansion 1, but the patch notes state it went live in April, 2004. Can anyone
give me some insight on the difference ? I've been really relying on the "hope" of accuracy in those patch notes when
closing off zones in the editing I am doing.

I believe those patch notes are correct. Iirc Shadowrest went live after the GoD release. So that should be accurate.
