Login Server Account Problem

I am trying to access a loginserver account on this main accountl; keeps telling me password is incorrect even though I have gotten a successful confirmation in user control panel of changing password...

Also tried to reset password, but had to set up SMS...

Tried setting up SMS, it never sent a text, I tried again, it says I am blacklisted now..

I have been off of here for about 3 years, is there even current support right now?
