Missing crescent reach POK stone

Returning oldie here. Old friend said "hey, I miss your old EQ server!" 12 hours, 10 hot pockets and 4 liters of pepsi later, it was live and taking connections. I was able to headbutt my way past all the walls to getting it there thanks to Akkas installer, but this ones driving up Bayers stock prices. I see all these great tradeskill guides pointing at crescent reach, but where the pok map says there should be a stone, there is no stone. I search the forums, but still find no stone. So here I am, hoping someone can tell me how to add and script this clicky boulder to easy tradeskill town.

Check your doors table in database. doorid 155 (portbase) and 156 (obj_port_crescent) to see if they exist.

Both exist. Using the UF client so the assets are there, but the stone just doesnt show up in pok. Its wierd.
