Yes, your server went from Alpha stage to Green list in about 5 months and you did it all with only 6 posts on these forums. GOOD JOB indeed!


General unofficial criteria for preferred status is to have:

30+ Players
Good standing in community
High uptime
Been established for many months with stable and respected ownership

That whole "respected" ownership is why I never went green without jacking secret's account.

When I think about the future of my own efforts, I take that green list with a grain of salt. It may be a sense of accomplishment for
someone who put a lot of work into a server, but for me, it's only a bump on the viewed server list which has no direct contribution
in generating (or keeping) a player population. Respectively, as you notice, both the preferred and standard list have some great dev
work on them,(some of them years), and their position on any list does not set pecedence for player interest. But in the end, it's
that little "pat on the back" that makes a server owner feel good about their work. (until the novelty wears off) :P

I think it got upgraded because it has dedicated staff. The progress made for the server is obvious if you take a look at its history and that is probably why they gave them leet status.

You don't need Discord or Forums for this project. Just a Wiki and an install CD (image download), ;-)
