Defiant Jewelry Merchant in PoK - SQL to add in?

So I've been running my server based off a PEQ repack for a month or so now and it has been super stable and everyone is really loving it!

One thing we are finding is that jewelry is really hard to come by. The defiant doesn't seem to drop that I've seen and I recalled on Live there is/was a merchant that sold you slightly below level defiant jewelry for really high PP amounts. I think it was based off the recommended level, so you had to be at or above that before it would show for you to buy and it was all no-drop when you bought it.

Would anyone by chance have a SQL file or commands already built that would add that merchant in or something similar? Even if there wasn't capability to hide the stuff you couldn't use and it just was all the defiant jewelry on a single merchant that would still be ok.

Find the ID's of the items in question. Write them down. Then create an NPC in PoK at the coords on live. And in the database add those items to his sell list. or you could just tweak the drop rates, but a merchant would probably be easier.
