Editing combat SKILLS

Is there a way to edit combat skills like backstab, dragon punch, intimidate..etc?

Is there a way to edit other skills like forage, tracking, pick pocket..etc?

What I want to do is change the base damage and reuse timer of those skills and maybe even play around with the success ratio of them.

All I see is "aa skills" table, but no base skills table. There is a table called class_skill, but I think thats the table that specifies when you can LEARN such skills.

Any ideas?

Under Rules_Values you can change some damage modifiers for those skills but to actually change base damage and the sort you would have to dig into the source itself.
