Recover chars

Years ago I made 3 chars in EQEmu and played the game for a long time. Had to leave for years but now trying to get back in the game . I have one chars login and password but cant find the other 2. Can these other 2 chars be recovered. I have my email address. Please tell me they can be recovered. Thanks for any help

Sorry guy, but there isn't any "working" recovery system available. There was an SMS
recovery, but last I read, that was broken. Not sure if that's changed.
