So many posts about this subject. Some seem outdated. Trying to get my day/night spawns in East Freeport to spawn correctly. These are the tables I have so far. Can anyone tell me why they are not working? I sit in game until the 20th and 21st (Game time) and nothing happens. Both sets of spawns are up at the same time.

Been trying different things for a while now, I can not make the day/night cycle spawn correctly in Freeport, wc (werewolf or nightfall giant) or kithicor. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome.
