Can't connect to EOC on my PC, but can from laptop.

Heya. I setup using the easy windows install on my laptop, I followed all the forwarding rules and EOC worked and connected to the database on my laptop.
When I try to connect via my PC, I get "Cannot connect to server!
Cannot connect to database PEQ".

I thought this was due to both the databases on my laptop and my PC both having the name PEQ, so I deleted the database from my laptop, and the error shifted to "cannot find selected database".

How can I specify in the IP tab that I want it to go to my PC instead of laptop

Ok, I found the issue -
I had two entries in my router for port forwarding for 3306. When I deleted the rule for my laptop, and left the rule for my PC. EOC connected. So you aren't allowed to have two ports open for separate computers, it will automatically keep trying to connect to the first.
