Naggy/Vox damage issue

Hello hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Naggy and Vox both melee damage up to 500 a hit during fights even thou in npc editor min damage is set to 85 and max damage 218. Is there a setting someplace else that is causing the double melee damage ?

Does the damage scale up past the 218 max damage based on AC rating ? My 52 warrior has 918 AC.

Lady Vox has a 500 dmg nuke. So does Naggy.

Yeah, and if you have your filters tweaked, it's easy to miss that it's spell damage.

It will say Lord Nagafen Strikes you for 500 damage vs hits/crushes/slashes or w/e he does. The strikes is the 500 dd nuke he cast.
