Is there a place for server content postings

I notice a few postings in the support forum about items and mobs -- how to create, what race, numbers and so on.

Is there a place to put those posts since they are not really win32 issues, but they may be important enough to deserve a place of their own.

No I agree with madborg. There should be a seperate forum for this. Would be nice to go to one place and see what everyone has come up with. General is a catch all.
