64bit DBI

Is there any 64bit DBI files for perl floating around? Or will the 32bit DBI work with the 64bit? I tried a few variations I couldn't get it to work in game accessing tables. Curious before I spend a bunch more hours messing around.

You don't need to use 64-bit Perl at all honestly. Just use the 32-bit version and compile Win32. It'll be fine.
