Alpha OoW Server Up

This is only a "try out" OoW era, with not much work done on it yet. If there is an interest,
I will keep it up after the weekend, but it's really not expected (by me) to do much
for a population. It will require grouping, etc. (It's a grinder). It has one buffer in the PoK.
This server was "quickly" put together from a stock PEQ with the following done :

- Level 70, 2-Box Max, NO MQ, No Mercs, No Bots.

- All zones past OoW expansion closed off. (including GH, GL and Crescent)

- All doors and zone points adjusted for whatever older zones could be used.

- Guild Hall and Lobby doors, as well as Crescent Stone removed in PoK.

- Drakkin race not available.

- Franklin Teek, Vivian the True, (and other's) removed from PoK.

- All Defiant, Adept's and Combatant's gear removed.

Just to mention here, this is not meant for a production server. It's not even part
of my main project. This was done, totally on a whim, based on a discussion in another
thread. It's not going to be, (or never will be) one of those "solo servers". Server is
more to prove a point about solo vs grouping than anything.
It's only survival will be players grouping to play the game. There is no auto-skills, or
auto-scribe or custom porters. It's all about players getting together to keep the server
alive. If there is an interest, I will continue to work on it, get a forum going, etc.,
but if not, the server dies with the players. And it will set precedence for forum
discussions involving those looking for a "grouping server" :)

The main focus of work, if it manufactures at all, would be getting all the "out of era",
out of sight. We will see how it goes in the coming days, once the players decide it's
fate.

There is a buffer and summoner (needs a 10pp gold bar) in PoK but
forget any starter gear. Vendor has few supplies with one little
treat on it. Similiar rez clickie to that which drops from Vox. But no
stats, 3 charge only (for a price) :P

Fixed all the display names of spell merchants in PoK. Spell levels were gone from many of them.
Got rid of the 71+ spell merchant spawns as well. One player tells me there is HoT tradeskill
items dropping, so time to go on a tedious loot safari, haha.

Edit: Got a bunch of boat gnome issues fixed. few of them needed work with spawns and scripts.
They all function properly now :)
