arias the charm quest activate?

Arias does not give the mission of the charm or any quest, how do they activate?


How active are the missions? you can not do any. Everyone tells you that

Please stop posting new threads in the wrong forums, there is a Support forum. Perhaps you could keep all your questions in a single thread rather than starting a new one for each question?

Is there a moderator or admin around that can merge all these into one and move them to the correct sub forum please? This is starting to get out of hand now.
