2 quick newbie questions

1) Is there a spell scriber that someone has made? I am using GM commands now but I need to do it another way.

2) How can I change default walk speed?

Yea I couldn't find either of these things. Even with the search. Run speed 0 results. Scriber, found one thing that looked good but it requires you have an empty spell book which is no good.

Solved the walk speed thing but still need help with a spell scriber (that doesnt need an empty book).
