Looking for guides for two procedures.

I am looking to implement instancing and also the ability to create scaling for these instances as well as possible loot. Can anyone point me to a good guide and which plugins to use for this. Found some info, but a lot of it is old.

This is a good example of making instances with a level requirement if you want it to scale with lets say levels you would make multiple versions of the zone and change the script to reflect the version you want it to send them to and the level required to enter.
