Autoloot / Quickloot / Buying issue

Running into an issue where stackable items, when looted with right-click, autolooted, or purchased from a merchant may not be placed inside the inventory correctly.

So far it's occured with:

Bat Wing
Spiderling Legs
Low Quality Bear Hide

Anyone run into this issue / any fix?
