trying to create completely offline server

I ran the windows server installer, that set up works great, and my server starts by my pressing the t_start_server_with_login_server batch file, however I recently lost my network connection, now the server will only start when I am on a network connection.

I have a pretty much completely default install of the peqdb on here. I just don't want to get or check for updates unless I'm on an internet connection,

So just to clarify, you tested the server with an internet connection since that error has appeared?

Yes, the server started up just fine. If I turned off my WiFi it wouldn’t though.

Post your world log associated with a crash..there wasn't enough information in the snap to determine where the issue is occurring.
