So canyouseeme.org says port 3306 is not open. I have forwarded port 3306 using my external and internal IP. I set a static IP on my router so its the same IP all the time, forwarded it also. Made rules in firewall. Disabled firewall all together. Still can not seem to get the port to show open and thus can not connect to EoC. I have made a user account with full access on Heidi as well. Im not sure what else to do at this point any insight would be greatly appreciated as I have already spent 10+ hours on this issue.
I have tried using 192.168.1.xxx as well as the IP I get from whatsmyip
