12, 24 boxing? Wha?

Note: this is, at heart, a question about email rather than EQemu.

How are some people able to do 12- and even 24-boxing at the same time? With a limit of 3 game accounts per forum account, that amounts to as many 8 email addresses, since you can't reuse the same address on multiple forum accounts. How are people able to set up that many emails? Do you use burner phone numbers for verification? Or do you use family and friend addresses? I only have 2 cell numbers and I have already used both.

You're limited to 3 accounts from the start, but then you can add more, at a limited rate, which I 'think" is one per week (or whatever). I can't remember what the rate is but you can definately have more than 3 on any forum account.

Ah, I see now, just tried it and I was able to add an account. I'll try to build my empire as the system allows. Thanks.

For those who are in more of a hurry, there's a tip in the main account/password guide that mentions adding additional dots in your email address, which will allow you to create additional accounts. Of course, all the combinations may be hard to keep track of, if you go overboard with things.
