does not recognize the longname and shortname of my database with the configuration

I try to put on the loginserver but it always tells me that the longname and shortname of my configuration does not match with the database and they are the same written. Someone can tell me why and what I can do to make the loginserver load me well and tell me if have you recognized it?

when loading the server, in the world server window it turns red that the user and pasword are invalid and in the loginserver screen it tells me that the database does not match the configuration of the account names and passwords.This is due that the ports are not wide open?
