Increase loot amount drop?

Good Morning.

I'm a newbie lol

I've found the drop probability to increase the loot, but how to you increase the amount of an item dropped? So lets say a decaying skeleton, instead of it for sure dropping a bone chip, how do I increase it to drop 10 bone chips?
