AA Abilities not showing in clients

Fresh Windows install of eqemu server and I cannot get the list of aa's to show up in the client. I've tried UF, Titanium, ROF2 clients, the AA tab showing aa's is empty. When a character reaches 51 they can toggle between as's and regular experience but the list of aa's are empty.

Has anyone seen this? Anyone recommend a solution?

In the root of your client folder, make sure you have the dbstr_us text file. If you don't; grab one from the live client and move it over; or, if you do, grab a newer copy of it from the live client. See if that fixes your issue. Another solution is make sure your server allows all expansions in your rules.
